Cook a meal for our guest families!

Volunteering for our Chef for a Day program is probably the easiest and most rewarding way to support Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern Arizona. Not only are you providing families with a meal, but you will be caring for their well-being and easing the burdens of those with a hospitalized child.

  • I started at the House as a volunteer, and it feels surreal to transition to full-time staff as the Volunteer Coordinator. The dedication and love I’ve seen from volunteers since starting my role has been amazing – both at the Ronald McDonald House and in the Ronald McDonald Family Rooms. I feel humbled and excited to be leading such a committed and dynamic group of volunteers.

According to a UC Berkeley study, volunteers were 44% more likely to have a longer lifespan, as compared with those who do not volunteer
