Exciting news out of Chicago yesterday!

We are part of an international organization, now operating in 65 countries and regions. We maintain a close relationship with our colleagues in the “Global” office in Chicago and colleagues around the world.

We learned yesterday that Sheila Musolino, RMHC Global President & CEO, will be retiring in December, after 7 years of exemplary service and leadership. Sheila is passionate about the delivery of family-centered care to children and families around the world and has helped our organization grow and thrive.

Kelly Dolan, who currently is the Chief Marketing and Development officer for RMHC, has been appointed as the new RMHC Global President & CEO. Kelly has more than 30 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, event planning and non-profit management and has made a huge impact in the three years she’s been with RMHC.

Janet Burton, who has been with RMHC for more than 30 years, has been named Chief Operating Officer. Janet has been the Chief Field Operations Manager since 2002 and now is responsible for leading the strategic direction for all administrative and operational functions of the global organization.

Both Kelly and Janet are very familiar with and supportive of our work in Southern Arizona. They each have great experience and demonstrate the kind of compassion and character that you want for leaders of this wonderful organization. We wish Sheila all the best and look forward to continuing our work with the new leaders!
