The Problem and Our Purpose:

Faced with a child’s illness, life shifts instantly, and parents enter a world of fear and worry. For parents who don’t live close to the medical care their child needs, there’s an added stress. Living expenses can quickly add up. There could be long drives from home to the hospital, worried siblings, lost jobs, finding and paying for nutritious meals. These are extra burdens no family should have to experience.

With the generosity of our community, the efforts of our volunteers, staff and local McDonald’s restaurant owner operators, we are nurturing the health and well-being of children and their families through three programs.

RMHC of Southern Arizona supports:

We rely on community contributions to fund our work so we can provide support for the families that need us. Together, we accomplish great things. Click here to view our 2023 Gratitude Report.

To nurture the health and well-being of children and their families.

A world where all children have access to medical care and their families are supported and actively involved in their children’s care.

We are guided by compassion in every interaction and every decision we make.

The first Ronald McDonald House was built with love and love remains at the heart of our work.

When a child is sick, there’s nothing better than having family close. Our focus is always on family.

We are grateful and express gratitude for our donors, friends, volunteers and the families who place their trust in us.
